RubyRush
A cross between Enterprise and Goldrush. These large apples have a pink-orange hue and a sweet-tart flavor. Excellent for fresh eating or baking.

Arlet (Swiss Gourmet)
Not the flashiest apple to look at, but with a pleasant flavor and great texture. Especially good for baking.

Daybreak
An early Fuji-type apple that’s crisp, mildly sweet, and easy to enjoy out of hand.

CrimsonCrisp
Brightly flavored, dense, and tart with a deep red skin. A great choice for both snacking and baking.

Ambrosia
Very sweet and fragrant. These apples are best picked and kept in cold storage to keep them firm and flavorful.

Golden Delicious
A Mid-Atlantic classic! Tree-ripened, tangy-sweet, and versatile—perfect for baking pies or enjoying fresh.

Rosalee
A cross of Honeycrisp and Fuji, this apple has a bicolor blush and a tart, dense flesh.

Store in refrigerator (temperature: 32°F - 34°F).
