Why pre-pay? For us, the VAST majority of our operating expenses must be purchased in the winter months -- when our sales and cash flow are the lowest. We need to purchase seeds, invest in our teams' continued education with conferences and food safety classes, buy supplies and irrigation, plan our budgets + crop plan, get our paperwork together for our annual organic certification, hire for our seasonal positions and repair all equipment and infrastructure for the upcoming season.
Whether you’re interested in our Year Round subscription (50-51 weeks), Peak Season subscription (runs June through Thanksgiving), or simply ordering a la carte when you need fresh produce, supporting us early comes with some incredible perks!
