Winter is the perfect time to cook with more mushrooms and they also make an amazing centerpiece in meals! From portobello “steaks” to tacos, mushrooms are great in almost any dish. Not only do they taste delicious, but they also contain a variety of vitamins, nutrients and antioxidants! Here on the farm we love enjoying these gems for their amazing flavor and nutrition.

Did you know we offer TWO different Mushroom Shares to go along with our CSA subscriptions? Choose from either our Gourmet Mushroom Share (if you prefer more unique varieties like oyster, maitake, lion’s mane, and more!) or the Everyday Mushroom Share (if you’d rather stick with the classic portobello, shiitake, or baby bellas).
